German minister proposes to abuse the swastika again after Hitler's evil use

German Minister proposes to abuse the Swastika once again in the 21st century after Hitler’s evil use in the 20th century

While Germany holds the European Union presidency, its Justice Minister Brigitte Zypries has, without realizing its wider implications, proposed to ban the swastika throughout Europe. This is evidently to demonstrate Germany’s repentance of the treatment meted out to the Jews by the Nazis. Although such a show of repentance is something everybody can appreciate, it does however look preposterous if it harm’s the world’s oldest religion in its wake. This is because the proposed ban would have far reaching implications as it strikes against the very heart of Hinduism.

The swastika is the most auspicious symbol of the Hindu religion, symbolizing the four right angle arms of the ancient sun sign, with its attendant inner significance. The four arms of the Hindu swastika represent:

(1) The 4 directions of space
(2) The 4 Vedas – the ancient scriptures which form the basis of the Hindu religion
(3) The 4 ashrams (stages) of life from birth to death - student life, householder life, retired life and renounced life
(4) The 4 seasons of the year.

The Swastika symbol is worshiped in the Hindu religion in order to bring well-being and peace from the four corners of the universe. Indeed, the Sanskrit meaning of swastika is “well-being”. On the contrary, the Nazis had used the Swastika in its inverted form to usher in havoc, destruction and mayhem.

Anil Bhanot, HCUK’s General Secretary said, “All ceremonies in the Hindu religion are initiated with the use of the swastika. To think of banning its use would render the law abiding Hindus as criminals. The Nazis used it for evil purpose and as ordained this powerful symbol of wisdom representing Lord Ganesh destroyed its abusers and it is ironic that the same country wishes to pass punishment now onto a people who use it rightly to pray for the welfare of all Mankind. Banning an auspicious sign would be to inflict abuse on the Swastika once again and I hope the Germans would learn that two wrongs cannot make a right. Hindus seem to be becoming the new persecuted race, in a contemporary sense of the word.”

Mr Bhanot explained that the 4 dots between each of the 4 arms represent the 4 original races of Mankind, created by Lord Brahma, and in terms of its scientific significance the Swastika represents the astral projection of our Solar system. To vilify a profoundly original religion is a crime on humanity.

The holocaust remembrance has been held annually all over the world and Germany has very good relations with Israel and the Jewish people in general. It is therefore ludicrous to go a step further and ban the symbol when it clashes with the Hindu religious sign. It is hoped that Germany would not like to hurt one religion to please another.
In view of above, Hindu Council UK would urge Germany to initiate to give more prominence to the remembrance of holocaust, the evil that was perpetrated.

Any move to ban the swastika will be met with strong protest and resistance from the Hindu community because it will interfere with the Human Right to Freedom of Worship. This proposal having also been brought up in the past, it is now hoped that in view of its deep implications the German minister will abandon the idea once and for all.

In Vedic times, the normal human life was regarded as eighty-four years, consisting of four sections of twenty-one years each. The first twenty-one years is called the "Brahmacharya ashram", the stage of youth or learning, which requires a certain discipline, guidance and purity for its full flowering.

The second twenty-one years, from ages twenty-one to forty-two, is called the "Grihastha ashram" or householder phase. This is the main time for having children and raising a family, as well as for working and fulfilling our duties to society.

The third section of twenty-one years, from ages forty-two to sixty-three is the "Vanaprastha" or the hermitage phase. This is a time for return to contemplation and for guiding society in the distance.

The fourth and last section from sixty-three to eighty-four is the "Sannyasa" or renunciation phase. The person, now an elder full of wisdom, inwardly aims to renounce all the outer goals of life. He also becomes a teacher of the spiritual knowledge and no longer partakes in social or political concerns.
In this we see that only twenty-one years are allotted for the outer duties of life. Three-quarters of life is to be devoted primarily to spiritual study.

Congrats to the "SlumDog Millionaire" team ! for winning International accolades and awards the recent one is BAFTAS award.

Alas ! you have made India poorer by your projection of this rich country in some ways atleast. The Actors, Musicians and the Directors are richer by millions.

The name SlumDog itself is derogatory ! don't they find anything other than poverty in India? Those who ridicule the poverty what they have done to eradicate it atleast a bit? !. You find fault with the common man in India, but you don't know that you yourself are responsible for this pitiable condition of a poor Indian!

Do the socalled civilised Westerner knows that what they do in the USA sent shocks to the rest of the world? They borrow millions from their banks to buy a luxury villa but unable to repay it? ! this is one of the several aspects that led to the recent recession.

Hey, Well dressed westerner!, you borrowed millions from your local bank and made someone in the third world countries lose a meal a day for the next ten years!.

There is a recent study in the Internet by experts which shows thatthe Income of the Top 20% of the world has doubled whereas the income of the bottom 60% has come down to less than half!!

The recession has been created by the Westerners which has made the poor even poorer ! but you ridicule the poverty of India!

Why can't make a movie about how Indians are one of the happier people on Earth?( a recent study shows that India has got the #5 spot among the people who are happiest in thw World ! USA has got #29 !)

Brahmins of India

I have been thinking of writing about this topic for quite sometime. Brahmins of India are known for their orthodox way of living. Now a days, people do not attach much importance to jathi-species( caste is an English word )in Indian urban areas and not so in the rural areas where still caste is rampant.

Brahmin's accent is somewhat different from others in India as anyone would be able to find that a person is a Brahmin from the way one speaks. Brahmins, generally, have a polite and calm look and some of them are fair in color.

A person is considered to be a Brahmin if he/she possesses " Satvic qualities- Spiritual, honest, believe in scriptures and one who believes in reincarnations and one who does not injure others in any way- this is the explanation for Brahmin given in the Bhagavad Gita

Many in the Brahmin family possess these qualities and in other castes, we find few. The other caste people who possess these qualities also are considered Brahmins according to Hindu scriptures. A person without these qualities is not at all a Brahmin

THE OUTSTANDING QUALITIES OF BRAHMINS

1.HONESTY
2.BRILLIANCE
3.ACHARA- CLEANLINESS AND OTHER OBSERVANCES (Found only with the person born in a Brahmin family and not in other castes)

Many of the Brahmins ,if not all, possess these qualities. When it comes to the above three, one has to classify as"BRAHMINS - NON BRAHMINS". Someone may argue that other caste people also have these qualities, but I disagree with them, rarely, we come across these qualities among Non-Brahmins.

One should have the above mentioned 3 qualities inorder to understand and accept this fact otherwise not.

Some of the Brahmins in the past and few now a days also, out of arrogance disrespect and show partiality to other caste Hindus.

Brahmins have been doing a wonderful job in various fields for the upliftment of the society even now in the form of Religious discourses, social services etc.,

Now a days, Brahmins are neglected due to reservation but I know many even now who occupy top executive positions in leading corporates and in Central and State Government Departments. I personally believe that atleast 60% of top executive positions are dominated by Brahmins - the reason? they are World class!!

60% of people in NASA IN THE USA are Indians, out of that 80% are Brahmins

Brahmins -2 will cover personalities of this caste
